We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging. The exchange must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the order and reach us within 10 days of the same.

Note : Your request is important to us. However, due to an influx of emails, please allow us 24 working hours to get back to you!
Once we receive your shipment, your exchange request will be initiated and a new package will be shipped out!

- Exchange of size is solely dependent on the availability of size required at the time of delivery to our warehouse (after it passes quality-check).
Process time : 2-3 working days - In case the product required is not in stock, we will process your exchange order in 7-10 working days.
