At GranMade, each product is unique. All GranMade products are handmade and imbibe the craft, creativity and warmth of the artisan creating it. We request you to keep this in mind and avoid comparing it with machine-made items. We understand if you aren’t fully satisfied with your order.
EXCHANGES :
How to exchange?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging. The exchange must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the order and reach us within 10 days of the same.
In case of a request to exchange, you may email us at granmadein@gmail.com with :

and ship it to our office (To,B-84, SECTOR-60, NOIDA, 201301, UP) with your name and order number on parcel.
Note : Your request is important to us. However, due to an influx of emails, please allow us 24 working hours to get back to you!
Once we receive your shipment, your exchange request will be initiated and a new package will be shipped out!

Exchange of size is solely dependent on the availability of size required at the time of delivery to our warehouse (after it passes quality-check).
Process time : 2-3 working days -
In case the product required is not in stock, we will process your exchange order in 7-10 working days.
NOTE : WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL OR SALE ORDERS.
RETURNS (Store Credit!)
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.
The request must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the order.
In case of a request to return (store credit), you may email us at granmadein@gmail.com with :

and ship it to our warehouse (To,B-84, SECTOR-60, NOIDA, 201301, UP) with your name and order number on parcel.

Once we receive your shipment, your return request will be initiated. and will take about 3-5 working days to complete.
On approval, we will provide you with store credit to your GranMade account.
